Wacom rotation and removal of invalid state

This fixes the following issues:

• adds a call to xsetwacom with the Rotate parameter to ensure that it works in right/left orientations
• enables the touchscreen when entering tablet mode to ensure that you cannot end up in a state where both keyboard and touchscreen are disabled.
