Also: Added commands for specically setting rotation lock and enabling touch screen. Fixed for usage with xinput v1.6.2. Lowered delay for commands.

Have still issues with mouse position after screen rotation but not an issue for me for now.

Please check those changes if they could be merged into the "upstream" of your repo. No problem with doing some modifications.
