pgbackman_restore does not support RDS restores

What should we do with this?

pgbackman_restore uses global roles and global database configs to execute a restore job. RDS backups do not have this information because it is not available.

Any news on this? I have been searching for a week to find something that will let me manage logical backups from my RDS Postgres instances.
