Looping features have been talked about a lot in the discord. Currently reaction buttons are not implemented because of how minimally intrusive the dev has the bot (as in minimal permissions requested).

Both of these are still viable suggestions. It would just take some persuading to get the dev to roll with it. Check out the discord, open suggestions are welcome.
