Fix HTML 5 markup to pass validation; add all off-GitHub releases

This PR is a labor of love: make the webpage validate.

  • Remove unused file reset.css
  • Change all non-validating Google Groups links to announcements to links which point to the same thing but which are valid HTML
  • Add links to all the releases up until the 1st - 1.6.0 which is GitHub Releases-only
  • Pass HTML 5 validation on the markup

Argue about this, please

  • a wording to communicate – on this page – that the way to follow updates in this project is to follow GitHub Releases and RubyGems.org releases
  • does it look OK in your browser?
