Possibility to superpose maps and determine grain ?
Hello, I am using the gstat function of the gstat package to simulate several spatially autocorrelated environmental variables. I would like to have an idea of the spatial heterogeneity, the grain resulting from the superposition of all the variables I simulate. I did not find anything about this, do you have a lead to have access to this value ? Thank you very much in advance, Best, Camille Girard-Tercieux.
Please define "grain" and "spatial heterogeneity". How about computing the sample variogram of your simulated variables?
