Get email body with html tags

How do I get the text of the email body including the html tags such as font and color?

I'm awakening this package from a long nap and it will be a while before I get to usage questions like this, so I'm putting the closest relevant canned reply below. It is possible that gmailr doesn't expose this functionality.

This issue doesn't appear to be a bug report or a specific feature request, so it's more suitable for Posit Community.
