Webserver stop responding after some reqests

Hi, great project. I love the possibility to use real html files stored on SPIFFS. Thank you.

I'm not firm enough to find out what's going wrong there. Looks like the webserver behind the WiFi Manager is permenently busy after some requests. Known issue?

I attached a playground project. Please connect to the AP or call the STA Mode IP in STA mode. Click around on the website. After some requests the webserver stop responding. >> "REQUEST TimeOut" or "Empty Response". The IP ist still pingable.
