[feature request] Add option for single-click file opening from Files sidebar

This would be nice because it'll make it faster to browse around in a code base, and is consistent with the behavior of other popular editors like Sublime Text. (Another reason is that single click today doesn't really do anything other than highlighting the file, and since multiple-row selection isn't supported it's effectively an no-op :))
