limit of use

hey, I am confused if I am allowed to use the API freely to build my own app ( keep in mind that I will not change anything to the API only the UI ) or if its a payment service, I've read the terms of conditions but it was very confusing. is there a way to know for sure if I am allowed to use the API to build my react native app?, also you should know that I will not add any ads on the pages of the quran.

@Abdulrahman-Alanazi1 do you know how many daily/monthly maximum calls are allowed ? Have you implemented a client for this API ?
