Can it be installed on Linux 4.9.88?

Hello, I desperately need some help with this. I recently purchased a Realtek8188EUS 802.11n Wireless Network Adapter, but my Linux 4.9.88 kernel only has support for 8188[CR]U and 8188EE. Is it any possibility to get a patch of rtl8188eus for 4.9.88? Thanks in advance
