Email notifications?

Thank you very much for this -- I've just started using the docker to automate some weekly crypto buys. Any chance we could get an email-based notification instead of only Discord? I'm hoping that is some easy-to-integrate email module that could be added and then some simple configuration to go with it.

I just raised a pull request to enable for other alert channels and integrated Pushover. Waiting for response from @queball99. Mail notifications could be added as well later on.
