[Request] Support for `vue-cli-service serve [entry]` command equivalent

Vue CLI has support for instant prototyping. vue-cli-service serve [entry] command can directly serve single file component or js file. I'd love to see an equivalent feature from Quasar CLI that automatically loads quasar.conf.js and serves a file. It would greatly help to prototype a new component. Thanks for the great tool!
