Cannot run on Android 13

I am trying to run the app on Android 13. But getting this error when build.

Error: Unable to load class 'org.gradle.api.publication.maven.internal.MavenPomMetaInfoProvider'. This is an unexpected error. Please file a bug containing the idea.log file.

It is android studio error. You can search it.
