It appears Quantopian/Robinhood didn't renew zipline.io, and it now used by another company.

Since Zipline is open source, a few people have undertaken to continue developing it. Zipline Reloaded, headed by Stefan Jansen, seems to be getting the most updates: https://zipline.ml4trading.io/
