I am facing the same issue as well with 1.6.1 version on debian testing.
I had observed this previously and now I can't seem to reproduce this as well. You can close the issue. I will raise it again if I face it again.
Guys anyone working on this? I think the supply chain issues at least for Pico W seems to be resolved as they are available everywhere now.
