Bring open application windows to front, don't open another instance

I just recently discovered your launcher and I must say is looking great so far. The only problem I've had with it so far is when trying to launch any chrome app. Instead of opening the app it just opens another instance of chrome.

Chrome/chromium puts desktop entries in ~/.local/share/applications, I don't think Mutate reads the whole Exec entry since only chromium starts.

I don't think this can be done without much hack. But we can make DE specific plugins for switching to opened apps.
