PPA problem in Mint 19

When I try to add the PPA (sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mutate/ppa) I get error:

HTTP Error 404: Not Found Cannot add PPA: ''This PPA does not support bionic''.

Same issue using package manager.

Perhaps the PPA needs to be updated? Thanks!
