Dependency is not satisfiable: libboost1.55-dev (= 1.55.0+dfsg-3ubuntu2) This problem, I sloved it by take package from vivid.(http://packages.ubuntu.com/) Then, it happens. setting mutate (2.3) ... Project ERROR: gtk+-2.0 development package not found.

Try running pkg-config --cflags gtk+-2.0, it will probably tell you which dependency is missing.
