[BUG] Impropper Selection

Describe the bug On first load the delete character buttons are hidden but can still be clicked. When clicked they still try to delete a non existing character.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load Fivem
2. Make sure u have a character made if not make one and restart fivem.
3. Before clicking any of the character cards hover where the delete icon would be and click it.

Expected behavior Either the button not be able to be clicked when not displayed or for it to do nothing if clicked.

The play/delete buttons should show when you actually click on the card with the player

yes the issue is that the delete button can be clicked while hidden
