Provide Mac and Linux Packages for protocurl

Would be awesome to be able to install protocurl using Homebrew under MacOS. Since the project is already using GoRelease to build binary distributions, it would be pretty straight forward to add a Brew Tap. See https://goreleaser.com/customization/homebrew/

@lreimer Given my current priorities, I'd rather write and finish a blog post about this project and make it more easily discoverable for other users - and when more people are using it - then I can consider the brew packages. Also, I don't have any mac to test the development. 😅

However, you are invited to work on top of the existing code: https://github.com/qaware/protocurl/pull/42 😉

We would probably also need a homebrew tap for qaware to host this, right?
