Doesn't work with python3.12

Hello, on python3.12 doesn't work.

Problems accure at installation, github . I running on window10 with python3.12 I installed python 3.9, works with no issue

Python 3.10 on Linux works. (But a fork of TensorFlowTTS must be installed)
