Discuss how user configs can be tested/validated in live docs

Once the story for config testing/validation becomes more clear (see #373), we should clearly explain this in the configs deep dive tutorial, only if there's anything a user needs to do to validate their config or a contributor that wants to add their config to the repo and to CI.
