ComfyUI command "Refresh Node Definitions" should refresh Loras autocomplete suggestions list

Comfy has menu command Edit => Refresh Node Definitions, keyboard shortcut r. This command refreshes list of available models and loras in corresponding loader nodes. It will be nice if Loras prompt autocomplete suggestions list is refreshed too. Right now the only way to pick up new file in models/loras directory is to restart ComfyUI application.
