TODO: Decide how news will be implemented. A mini-blog? (including tags, comments, etc) Or a "basic" model?
The idea is to show the 3 more recent news in the index page and have a page with all the posts.

I was talking to @turicas anout this issue and im working on it. We are doing these things we've talked about in an email conversation that I'm no going to translate:
Atualmente as notícias estão hardcoded em HTML e, como não estou tendo
tempo para adicionar isso na aplicação Django, acabo não postando
notícias pois dá trabalho (mudar HTML, pull request, deploy). O ideal
seria ter algo que eu pudesse adicionar notícias pelo admin.
O model seria algo razoavelmente simples: um
model com título-pt, título-en, descrição-pt, descrição-en, autor e
data/hora. Eu posso migrar manualmente as notícias que já foram
postadas (se eu tiver como editar a data/hora de publicação delas). O
ideal é que a descrição aceite markdown (ou então HTML diretamente).
Teriam alguns templates para apresentá-lo:
1- a página inicial, onde mostraria somente título e um link para a
notícia completa
2- a página da notícia completa (se possível usando slug, tipo
/news/slug-in-english)
3- uma página com listagem "todas as notícias" e
4- um RSS pra galera poder seguir (seria interessante ter link para o
RSS na home e nas outras páginas de notícias).
"Não é obrigatório, mas seria legal se tivesse link de compartilhar
(twitter e facebook só) na página da notícia."
