Make image uploader reflect state
The image uploader widget currently doesn't reflect state:
The “Select All” checkbox doesn't make much sense when no pics have been uploaded.
All of the buttons remain in an active state (they are colored, have hover states, appear clickable) even when they are not applicable. For instance, the "Cancel" button always appears active and clickable even if there are no images being uploaded.

"I'd suggest adjusting some indication states on the add files/upload/cancel to make it clear which button to click now. For instance, I don't think "Upload Now" does anything unless you've clicked "Add Files" but it took my a while to figure it out.""
