Streamz/Dask: gather does not wait for all results of buffer

Hi Streamz team. I was following the docs to use streamz with dask and facing the issue that dask returns before all the results are calculated, when used with buffer. Wondering if this is there a fix as this is not usable is it doesn't wait for the last piece to come back.
