Document testing of site functionality

• API endpoints: When do I need a test? When do I not (simple CRUD)?
• How do you test resources? Do you need to test resources?
• What about events?
• Add / link to examples, and explain what's being done! For the most simple case, create some form of base test people can copy-and-paste with minimal changes.
