botogram Buttons not working

Hi guys, when I try to click on a button, continues to load without stopping. What can I do?

One of the old issues said it was for using python 2.7 in Windows and after updating to 3.7 it' has been solved. But for me python version is 3.7 and steel not working!!!!!!

Can you post the button attachment code and the @bot.callback() method related to that button so that i can help you?

Just to clarify: Python 2 is not supported by botogram.

Please post your source code so we can help you. Keep in mind that the network environment and many other things could lead to the described issue.
