Add Option To Use Markdown README

Fixes #40

This is a bit of a simplistic approach, with just dumping both versions into the same template and acting on the conditional. It seemed easier to maintain, as opposed to a lot more logic. But, I'm open to any suggestions on design approaches, obivously.
