A configurable node status page that shows the current state of nodes and any downtime/messages that admin's want to display

• Nodes set to private visibility should not be shown on the status pages unless 2 conditions are met.
  • User is a Administrator
  • User has a server in the private node

this would be handy as we have the public node setting that isnt used for anything besides auto assigning nodes but for status page would great for it
