Users doesn't display Client Name or 2FA Status Correctly

Current Behavior

The client's name for a users is not displayed correct, currently showing , (with spaces on the left and right) and the 2FA status shows unlocked even after securing via 2fa and they panel recognizes it at login.

Expected Behavior

Should correct display the client's name Media, Otter and correctly show the 2FA status.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a user with any First/Last name and add 2FA also.
