[Feature]: Update outdated project designs

There are some issues with the current project template:

• An error occurred during the build process.
• Project dependencies are obsolete.
• Documentation tutorials are out of date. Project configuration obsolescence

We need to resolve it promptly and as soon as possible to avoid misleading users.
