Option to recheck online status of queued links

pyLoad doesn't allow one to recheck the online status of links (/packages/entire queue), which should be trivial to implement.

Eg, it's rather annoying to have a longer list of download packages and only find out afterwards that numerous last entries' links had expired.

Maybe couple this with an option to only start/continue a package if its entries were all checked as online [#] minutes ago.
