Same. Glad I checked here given this was showing up for me on Firefox Dev as a CORS error with 522 response code(tricky, but makes sense given one can't check CORS policies if the whole server is down). Checked the base URL and I have to say I am a bit relieved to see it's just a connection timeout and cloudflare using non-standard response codes.
