Googledocs authsubs/listdocs 404

Running a bitnami redmine stack on a windows box and I can connect to the google domain account, but every time I access the Google Docs text box on a new issue I get a 404 on the authsubs/listdocs.

I can't find a reference to this issue anywhere on the web. I ran a -trace and no errors were thrown on the migration.

So no auto-population obviously, no nothing.

Thoughts? Questions?
