Example of usage for axi_to_axi_lite converter

Do you have any example project that uses the axi_to_axi_lite converter? I'm trying to connect an AXI Bus to USB IP controller that has AXI4 Lite input. I plan to use the axi_to_axi_lite converter but I cannot find good example how to use it.

PS : I'm not really an expert of verilog.
