Similar to the notification when CI fails, can we have one when all CI passes?

Seconding this; our deploy process (obviously, I hope) relies on tests that sometimes take awhile to run, and it would be nice to not have to remember to tab back and check on PRs every 15 minutes.

@Minho-Lee Thanks for checking in! This is definitely on our near-term roadmap but not yet in active development.
