Added favicon and fixed update_vendors.sh

Added favicons
Updated standards-oui.ieee.org url in update_vendors.sh to https because curl stopped working and was getting 302 redirect instead of an actual vendor list. This generated empty files and broke arp-scan

Nice, but it looks the creator is not active, maybe its a good i dea that someone makes a fork, and that fork gets updated with all the prs

I did forked it once I realized this repo is stall, but I maintain it for my personal use. Changing and removing some functionalities to fit my needs. Unfortunately I'm unable to fully maintain this project for public use at this time.
