Hello, I see this repo stall and not being updated regularly and I have few improvements that I'd like to suggest. Would you be OK with me forking this repo to start building on top of it?

It's (GPL)-licensed, you can fork it anytime and do your own thing as long as you keep the source-code open and deliver it to the people that run it.

Did you actually fork it? In other words: is there an active PI.Alert version somewhere?
