Add shared library target to CMake config

Hi, I'd like to suggest being able to compile box86 and box64 as a shared library from CMake. I would be willing to write the library entry points myself, but I have little experience with CMake at the moment.

I can contribute this feature given some guidance from anyone that has a better understanding :)
