cannot import name 'ImageRecordInt8Iter' from 'mxnet.io.io'

Hi, I've installed everything based on "requirements.txt" file but I'm getting "cannot import name 'ImageRecordInt8Iter' from 'mxnet.io.io'" error when I run "serfiq_example.py" file. Please advise. Thanks.
