Chrome blocked the extension (Manifest V2), how to move the data?

Can't run the extension to start exporting data, what files can be manually migrated?

our wiki and this issue ( https://github.com/gioxx/MarvellousSuspender/issues/262#issuecomment-3082262092 ) may help you temporary enable the blocked PTPP ( Manifest V2 ), then you can export the data.
