Dual EPL licensing?

Hello @psxpaul,

Thank you for developing such a nice plug-in for Eclipse. Still relevant and working from what I can see. I was wondering if you would consider dual-licensing your plug-in under EPL-2.0 as well? As it is, GPL and EPL are not compatible as described here, which means your plug-in cannot be distributed with an Eclipse product.
