Add WhatIf to missing change operations

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm missing WhatIf on Add operations. Today psPAS has it for most operations related to delete and change but not add operations such as Add-PASAccount

Describe the solution you'd like I would really would want WhatIf functionality to be added to all operations that actually make changes to CyberArk, not just delete operations. This makes testing complex scripts easier to see what would have happened.

Additional context Functions with this feature as example is Remove-PASAccount.
