Public SSH key authentication APIs not working

Currently the module for these APIs adds a "/" to the end of the URL. This is wrong and causes the API call to fail. This so for all 3 actions. When running Remove-PASPublicSSHKey.ps1 Get-PASPublicSSHKey.ps1 and Add-PASPublicSSHKey.ps1 you end up with a HTML looking error. Basically the URL cant be found.
