There is the possibility to pull all Azure Active Directory users and create a synchronization scheme to run and include anyone who is not included in WordPress??

Not today (at least not with this plugin, or any that I know of). I can imagine a few scenarios where this could be useful, but just to be sure we're prioritizing accurately: could you share some details of how you would use this?

It would be useful for our users cause they should be able to find informations on people who didn't log on wordpress. For example, a directory where users could find phone numbers of others.
