Led stripe not starting in MacOS

Hello, I have a led stripe with an Arduino R3 (Elegoo) working under W10 &W11 using prismatik. But I can't found the way to work under an M3 pro with macOS 14.1.1

I'm able to run the wizard, I set the corresponding device (Arduino IDE can identify the board). I can open the Prismatik app and click into turn on/off, the FPS value change in the bottom.... but there are no led shining.

There are any logs or something to check?

For me helps gave to Prismatik screen capture permissions in macos settings
