One Blue led when power on

Hello everyone. I have one problem with my lightpack. When I start my computer, one of my two lightpack start with one Blue led. (n'2 of n'9). When I unplug the usb (pc of lightpack) and plug in again its ok. Can you help me?

check the serial port is correct if you use windows

so assume you plugged in the led device and windows gave it COM5 , go to device manager, find it, and right click, advanced, and set it to manually eg. COM15. then re-run device setup in prismatik, and set the device to COM15
