Best way to set up multiple monitors with one strip?

I have the current LED strip and monitor setup:

Two displays, the arduino nano is in the bottom right corner, and the strip goes all around and back down. There doesn't appear to be any preset or way to eliminate the 'LED zone' rectangles from just one side of a monitor, which is what I want the most. Manually dragging and resizing hundreds of zone boxes is not a tempting option...

What's the most efficient way to configure this in Prismatik?
